Is anyone having the problem where it works only for a few seconds then switches back to 0?

Dear , we're so sorry for this situation. Please kindly contact us. We will help you find the reason. If it‘s the product problem, we will send you a new replacement or give you a full refund. Sincerely apologize.

Does it work better tighter around your waist?

It will do probably yes , but remember you need to wet the pads with the water spray to work properly I allways charge after use for better results , Ian

There are 6 modes. How long is each mode? I’m not sure if my sessions are timing out early or as they are supposed to be.

Session seems to last about 10 min before needing to reset. Spraying water every other session provides better conductivity for electric pulse.
