The Savory Way Hardcover – May 1, 1990

This is a classic. I've had it since it first came out and several recipes I make all the time. The recipes are gourmet but easy to prepare. They are also healthy and delicious. There are also some nice descriptions of how the author discovered each recipe in her travels. The soups, stews and pasta dishes are particularly great. The pear cardamon cake is awesome too!

I'm delighted! It's a favorite that I am replacing because "borrowed" and never returned my copy. It's such a clean unused volume, that won't stay that way for long.

Incredible cookbook. I have quite of few of Deborah Madison's cookbooks and this is, by far, the most complete . Buy it!!

Anything from Deborah Madison is worth the purchase.

My daughter requested this as a Christmas gift and really was happy to receive it! She has learned a lot from it!

The Book arrived in excellent condition, as expected. Unfortunately, there was no dust cover Which would have been nice to have.

I was a fan of Deborah Madison and fondly remember my 3 visits to her restaurant. I'll treasure this book.

Got this copy for my daughter. Also was intrigued that it was a used copy. Had been cooked with before.
