Herbatint | Hair Dye 6C Dark Ash Blonde

I’ve been using Herbatint for a while now and I’m really impressed with the results. This time I mixed the 6N and 7N shades, and the colour turned out beautifully natural, not too dark and not too light, just the perfect balance.It covered my greys really well, especially around the sides, without looking flat or too harsh. The formula is gentle on the hair and scalp, which is very important to me, and it left my hair feeling soft, shiny and healthy after colouring.I also love that it doesn’t have that strong chemical smell like many other dyes. The colour lasts well and fades naturally without turning brassy.Overall, a fantastic product that I will definitely keep using. Highly recommend!

Great looks fab, one box was full coverage for long hair and evenly spread colour even over my blonde 2 tone hair. I have a sensitive scalp so highly recommend as this is more organic and ammonia free compared to other artificial and chemically dyes. Love the colour I got the light copper chestnut colour which was darker and more red than I thought but I wanted a slight red head look anyway and it has become slightly more brown after washing it a a couple times. I recommend using a colour protect and Sulfate free shampoo and conditioner to keep the colour in for longer, I have pictures with my hair down and up before and after, may look different from different lighting but just to give a general idea of the comparison and new look

I've been using Herbatint Black hair dye for a year now, and i find it is the best one i've used so far.I will always try and buy any products which aren't tested on animals.All the main hair dye brands in the main street shops are all tested on animals, and i won't be apart of it anymore.So i found this brand which don't test on animals.Also they don't contain any of the nasty chemicals which they put in the 'main stream' hair dyes.I'm only 40 and have been dying my hair for years. And like any hair dye the dye does wash out, even with using a permanent dye.I only use it to mainly dye my roots, for me the box of dye (containing two bottles) lasts me a month or two as i only mix up a little at time for what i need it for.My hair feels good using this product. I did use Clairol before and i noticed how my head felt itchy and feel an irritation. After years of dying it and using high street permanent dyes(Superdrug)there came to a point where the dye wouldn't take to my hair anymore.Not long after dying it, then normal washing it, most of the dye would wash straight out again. I think my hair had enough horrible chemicals on and was trying to tell me to stop! :-) Which i did.Finding this product which has the more natural ingredients in it, i can honestly say that i haven't had any issue of the dye running straight out, like it did before. Which i'm really happy about..For me buying this hair dye is a no brainer. It's not tested on animals, has no horrible chemicals which burn and irritate your head and make it sore! It's what i want from a hair dye!.. :-)Becky

I read lots of reviews and did research before buying this product. This is my 3rd box and I think I finally found the right one. I start with the cons. The colours are very dark. I am normally medium/dark brown but I have to use 5N (Light Chestnut) because darker colours coming out black. This one seems to be a very good match. During colouring, cover well yourself and everything around you. It's a gel consistency so it splashes easily and leaves stains. Even removing from skin is difficult. Thankfully there are pros too. It covers grey hair beautifully and washes off evenly and slowly. I like the idea of mixing liquids myself because I can keep it for later. I just cover my roots so the one box last for 3 times for me which comes out cheaper then buying new product all the time. After washing out the colour, my hair feel very dry but they are nice and soft after conditioning. I like to do deep conditioning afterwards and my hair are soft, shiny and looking very healthy. They are naturally curly and the colourant doesn't affect my curls. The best pros is, that includes lots of herbals and less chemicals then other colourants. I will continue buying Herbatint and maybe will try mixing some colours for different effect.

Good product - I use herbatint regularly as allergic to hair dye.Only problem was that the box was damaged.

So far I'm very impressed! The application was easy and not as messy. The formula was a gel like formula which was easy to apply to my roots. The colour has come out nice and strong covering all my horrid greys! Yay! I have extremely stubborn greys and I was very skeptical at first since other hair dyes have not lived up to their expectations/promises. I took a chance on this dye given it's qualities and gentle options. Although the packaging is very 1920s! Never judge a book by it's cover 📔 I'm glad I bought it and tried it.

All my friends and family just think I'm lucky not to be greyer than I amUsed once every 2 to 3 weeks, which tends to wash a little out maybe and then add a little back, but no massive overnight change which is what I wantedOn my third bottle now over as many yearsI use a fifty pence coin worth in the shower and thoroughly wash into hair and scalp, then shower the rest of me trying not to wash off head, then shower soap off walls and door before washing off my hair, so applied max 10 to 12 minutes.This works perfectly for what I wantI tend to wash my hair twice a week with shampoo, otherwise I don't shower using shampoo on my headSo I manage my grey rather than 'die' my hairIf I leave it for more than 3 weeks I tend to notice a little grey creeping in so I think max non use for me is 3 weeksI always use it the first shower after having my hair cut and at 62 I still have a full head of hair

I love herbatint. You can mix shades to create your perfect look. I like to mix 6c and 6n. Always get natural results. No scalp burning or bad smells. Covers my greys really well.

Ho acquistato questa tinta per la prima volta mesi fa, e continuerò a farlo per molto tempo. Apparte la consegna sempre veloce e puntuale di Amazon che sicuramente gioca a favore per l'acquisto, la tinta in se è davvero ottima; il colore N1 che acquisto sempre è facilissimo da preparare e usare, e la resa finale mi meraviglia ogni volta: un nero lucido, molto intenso(come corvino), e capelli visibilmente più "sani" grazie agli estratti naturali all'interno (anche se durante il lavaggio si ha una sensazione di capelli secchi e duri, che va via appena dopo il balsamo). Gioca quindi a favore anche la composizione naturale e senza ammoniaca, che fa diventare la tinta anche un impacco benefico per i capelli. Il colore scarica poco durante i successivi lavaggi, e il colore nero rimane a lungo intenso e coprente.

I`ve been using this color for about 7 years. The best I have found so far. Nice tint and it doesn`t smell like chemical hair dyes.Easy to apply on hair. Has got a jelly texture.
