I bought two of these. One is working just fine, however my second one only shoots out maybe 3 feet of string before stopping. What’s the issue?

It could most likely be the string is wrapped wrong inside it ..try using the tool provided to pop it a part and re-wind the string.. There could be a tangle in the string so being re-wrapped smoothing will result in a longer web sling

Is this big enough to fit an adult?

The strap that comes with this shooter is Extremely tight on my 5 foot 10 year old he weighs 120 pounds. So on an adult,,,not to confident it would fit..
