We all had pencil pouches that fit in our ring binders for school. It's an everyday thing we don't think twice about, as long as it lasts. Well, this one has a lot going for it in the details, and it may last far beyond school days. This is a two-compartment, zippered pouch that expands about 1.5 inches at the bottom for lots of capacity. It's a pencil pouch, but I'm using mine to carry a bunch of little artist's tools and materials that can get heavy and start to poke through a lighter pack. It also holds a 5x7" sketch pad. There is a heavy-duty, water-resistant, clear plastic window in the front pocket, which could be used for glasses, wallet, bus pass, phone, small note pad, etc. The whole item, including the good quality zippers, is strongly stitched with bound inside edges and strong metal gromets for the binder, and made of a heavy, "rip-stop" nylon which is also treated to be water resistant. The colors are attractive (I have "teal," a dark green). I found the price very fair; you might spend a few dollars less for one that lasts a few months. I will probably buy more, just to keep small tools for current projects safe, separate, and ready to toss into the backpack and go. I recommend it. Giving it daily use, and while I would not machine wash it, I have cleaned it inside and out, and it comes up looking new.

It's a great size, works as intended. So far it's held up to me tween who has stuffed it as full as it can be. Solid construction, easy to use, helps her stay organized. Great value for the money.

First one came ripped. Got replaced & is fine now

Bought this to put together a Lego building kit for a long plane ride with our toddler. The lavender color is super cute and the pouch is really roomy. I was able to fit a whole set of Lego set into it. Great value and product quality!

My daughter used this in her 3 ring binder for 1 month before the metal rings of the pouch came off and the fabric started fraying. Not very durable. Also, the storage compartment on the front isn't long enough the put #2 pencils in.

This Pencil Pouch was great quality. The window being clear rather than mesh ensured that pencils did not rip through the material. Have had for quite some time now and it has not ripped or worn down at all. If you want something that will last, is cute and spacious then this is the one for you. It held enough stuff but was compact in my binder so it didn't take up much space at all.

This is good quality, perfect for sticking a binder for school. The color was nice as well.
