Are these roughly tuned?

Robert mine is at best roughly tuned, I was hoping it would replace one that have two octaves of notes, but its more of a wind chime than instrument, if you can contact me at my at live.dotcom account I can send you a sound sample. Terrystreet.

Are the chimes tubes or solid?

The tubes are hollow. This chime honestly sounds like heaven and is worth every penny. It's not small though so needs a bit of space to hang it. Totally recommend you buy it.

I noticed the dimensions say 28 cm drop but is from the ceiling or the wood, just need to know how low it hangs from the ceiling to the bottom of it,
