I bought this item for my boyfriend as he'd had m injury and wanted something good that we could reuse. This definitely hit the mark with us. It arrived promptly. It was a fair price and is big enough to mold easily to the body part you need to put it on. It took around 4-5 hours to fully freeze for us to use but that wasn't a problem. Really happy and have nothing negative to say.

I bought these for a relative who had a lumpectomy for breast cancer, and they made a real difference during her recovery. Really good. They don’t freeze completely but they do stay very cold for a long time. Nice size, I wrap mine in a thin tea towel. Worth the money & seem to be of good quality.

Good quality for the price. A thin cover would be nice but it's easy to cover or just put over your clothes. Still flexible enough to put around a joint when used straight from the freezer too. Would recommend.

Great for home injury

Bought to help with frozen shoulder. Can freeze or heat up so two ways to help . I use this to help the pain. I've found it helps

It was good once frozen then burst when I went to use it and was sticky and oozed out the gel. May be a 1 off fault. Don’t let put you off buying.

très bien enveloppe bien le genou, manque simplement une lanière pour bien tenir la poche de gel ce qui serait encore plus efficace

Se queda mas duro que una piedra y hay que esperar a que se descongele. Una patata. Mis anteriores bloques se quedaban fríos pero no duros, con lo cual este no se puede acoplar al cuerpo hasta que no se descongela. En fin, una decepción muy grande. Dinero tirado a la basura.

Gel nickel moi je le mais environ 30 seconde au micro ondes mais pas sur la peau directement sinon brûlure. Au début petite odeur désagréable mais après nickel

S'il est indéniable qu'il refroidit bien la zone où on l'applique, au travers d'un tissus ou même de sopalin, il faut tenir compte qu'au sortir du congélateur, il est très dur et non malléable. Il convient de le laisser se réchauffer quelques minutes avant de l'appliquer et de lui laisser prendre la forme, de l'articulation par exemple. Je n'ai pas observé cela avec le 1°pack et du coup, il s'est craqué et cela fuit légèrement.
