How are these adjustable? I don't see where you can vary the weight.

You really can't adjust the weight. I think it means the "size" or fit. They velcro and can fit wrist or ankles. Hope that helps

No, unrolled/laid out, they are 20 1/2 to almost 22 inches wide and they are 6 inches high and about an inch and a half thick.. so you have plenty of space to wrap the weight around ur leg.. hence the 20+inches wide, the velcro strip is 8 inches of the 20+ inches and the like I said 6 inches high. The weight will rest on your foot and it will go partially up your leg, 6 inches up.
