Which refills do I get for these pens please

You CAN replace the ink - just unscrew the pen barrel above the rubber grip. Search "Pilot G2 refill" here on Amazon to find all the ink spares you need.

Can i use it in my colouring books (paper)?

I dont think it is good for colouring as it is mainly for writing. I like the ink being dark and vivid for my writing. I use black. Watch out it does need a little time to dry. Sometimes I carelessly brushed over it and it became smudggy.

Is the ink in this pen actually white?

Sorry I didn’t have the white one, I had the black Ink. They are good pens though.
