I absolutely love this little card reader. I use both SD and microSD cards frequently, and having a dedicated, dual-slot reader that handles UHS-II speeds without needing an extra adapter is a massive timesaver. The USB-C connection is rock solid, and moving large files (like big batches of high-res photos) to my computer is incredibly fast. It’s also compact and lightweight enough to easily toss into a gear bag for on-the-go editing. If you're looking for a reliable, speedy reader that just works, I highly recommend this one!

Having tried other adapters, such as the one sold by Anker - I found that this had zero issue with a variety of SD cards regardless of if they had unique filesystems. This included when using it often with an iPhone 15 Pro Max. I was able to easily upload data from my ResMed CPAP machine’s SD card, as well as take a look at camera data from my Kasa Cam SD card. Highly recommend, and it has lights to let you know when an SD card is being read or not.

I use this to transfer footage from my camera to my computer, and it works great. This is the first one I’ve owned, so I can’t compare speeds, but this seems pretty and reliable fast to me.

It’s ok for the price

A very fast reader. I didn't really expect miracles, but the result was completely unexpected. Although the description mentions USB-C 3.2, the speeds the reader delivers exceeded my expectations. It is also solidly built and made of high-quality materials.

I've tried multiple different SD and micro SD card readers, and this is by far the most accurate. It's worth the extra money versus the cheaper options, especially if you are a creator or photographer always on the move (which I am). I am always carrying my laptop places and some of them start to get loose, others break, most start to not work or have issues connecting after a couple months. This has been by far the most reliable one. I bought a second one for a backup just in case because I liked it so much. I won't buy a different SD card reader ever again.

This little beast surprised me—in a good way. I use it mostly to transfer ROMs to my Anbernic handheld game console and photos from my still cam. Just don’t lend it to a friend unless you never want to see it again.

I deal with large photos regularly. My photos are generally about 24-30 MB in size and when I come back from a photo shoot or two, I may have 50GB (or more) to transfer. I already had a memory card that could be read fast, but I could never find a compatible reader until I bought the Lexar Professional USB 3.2 Type-C Dual-Slot Reader. The transfers are now at the limit of the memory card (which is slower than the max read speed from the dongle). I love this product and if anything happened to it, I would buy it again!
