Nice set of high quality test leads
I needed some leads for an old multimeter. I spent a long time looking through all the generic cheap ones and was put off by reviews of high resistance and cables breaking etc. Really I was looking for some with removable probes that can be swapped for alligator clips, to save having another set of leads in my case. This Klein set is better than having two whole sets, and better than a lot of the cheap generic ones. The cheap generic ones with alligator clips often just push onto the ends of the probes, but these Klein ones screw onto the probes which is far more solid, meaning they won't pull off and will give you a solid reading. The functionality of the clips is good too, they clamp down nicely and don't leave a gap so should be fine on most wires. It's nice as well having the covers on the probes so not too much is exposed, which is much safer and you can be a bit more precise. Some reviews mention they could be a bit longer. For me they're perfect, I don't need them any longer and they fit in my case nicely. They're not silicone but they are plenty flexible enough to not be annoying. Although a little more in price than I was looking to spend originally, I decided the quality of Klein was worth it over a generic set that may give inaccurate readings or just break. So they're good value for money overall and will likely last me a very long time. Plus they're not crazy expensive compared to some that do exist.

Work well
I’ve tried many replacement lead sets, all, and I mean ALL of the generic (Chinesium) ones are utter rubbish, most genuine quality branded ones are prohibitively expensive, these just work at a sensible price.

I do like this item. My review is to warn others if purchasing through a retail outlet you purchase the complete multimeter. Mine did not have the cords that plug into the device your testing and the multimeter. I had bought several items and did not notice.

I bought these test leads to replace a broken set on one of my older multimeters. Not much to say other than they work quite well. They fit into the meter snugly, and the cables are strong yet very flexible. And they come with screw on clips as an added bonus. Seems like they'll hold up with use. If you need a new set of test leads, I think you can't go wrong with these.

Considering the price point, there really aren't any cons here. Leads could be silicone, but you won't get that style for this money, and they are supple as they are. In general, I have a LOT of Klein tools and accessories and am never really disappointed. Here, I am using them on my Fluke 117 DVM, and they fit perfectly. I really like the extra length and the probes are on point, just right. The threaded on alligator clips are a great and they stay on, and these alligator clips are pretty well made, insulated, and work nicely. The leads lay out nicely and don't tangle easily. Overall, these are nicely made. They are durable, as I haven't broke them yet, and I'm pretty hard on things. End of the day, I'm super pleased with them and if I destroy them, I'll be buying another set. Bang for buck, these are the ones to buy.
