Great but very expensive
A great product but very expensive. I am a size 8-10 so the belt was massive on me. Went half round me again which meant it slipped a little. I need it slightly lower than it really wanted to stay. Belt is elastic which is good. It's a little sharp. I found it irritated me mildly. I guess you could wear it over a very thin layer. Stayed hot for quite a few hours and definitely helped my pain. Much better than the stick on patches as it can be adjusted a little when needed rather than peeled off.But overall they work out very expensive.

Works well for lower back pain
I find this product very good for my lower back pain, easy to wear under clothes.My only moan is it arrived with no outer packaging, the address label was just stuck on the box the product came in so all could see what I had ordered, the box was not very strong so it wouldn’t have taken much to loose its contents. I will not order from this source again because of that, hence 3 stars.

Customer service was outstanding when I had questions about the product.
1) Tear open pouch before use. It may take up to 30 minutes for ThermaCare to reach its therapeutic temperature. 2) Place darker side of discs toward skin. 3) Fasten belt. 4) Wear for up to 8 hours. 5) Dispose.

ThermaCare should not be used: with medicated ointments, plasters or other forms of heat on broken or damaged skin on areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within the last 48 hours on areas of the body where heat cannot be felt by persons who cannot remove the product on their own. Heat products have the potential to cause skin irritation or burns, so to reduce this risk, make sure not to wear the product for more than 8 hours in any 24 hour period. If you are 55 or over, wear ThermaCare over a layer of clothing and do not wear whilst sleeping. If you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis or are pregnant, make sure to consult a doctor or pharmacist before using ThermaCare® HeatWraps. Remove ThermaCare before undergoing any MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) procedures to avoid increased risk of burns. I suffer from a severe back problem, after having a discectomy and ten years later spinal fusion, I’m taking painkillers which really help but not enough, so I use Therma wraps and these are great, within a short time 15 or so minus it almost takes away the pain at least enough to enable me to do most of the things I want to do. I can’t use them as suggested by the company so I cut them so that they just fit on my back and use micropore tape to keep it on. I have never had any problem using them and would be devastated if they were taken off the market. I have used them for more than 15 years."}}]}]}
