looking for 'black cocoa powder' - doesn't seem to be available in the UK. It needs to be very dark in colour to make a black cake. Is this black?

This is pure cocoa or chocolate. So it is thr true colour of chocolate. I have not baked with it but I an only assume if you put enough in the cake mix it will be dark. The only other solution would be to add dark colouring ro the mix to make it darker. This is the finest chocolate I have bought in 30yrs
