I’m having an old LG TV.It is having HDMI ports 3 & USB ports 3.Bought this MI 4K stick and it is cool.Only first time the audio was low & after seeing YouTube clip it is loud.+ Dolby Atmos Sound incredible.+ Video quality is good (The best I could get with my old TV)+ For this price of Aed145.00 it is a master piece 👍

Nice and easy to use

Product-Remote control was received defective. Up and down button does not work hence not able to set up device. Defective peice and surprise such product sold. I think it's refurbished device or factory defective

Easy to use and normal operated

I’ve had the media player since June 23. Great product easy to use and set up. Really happy with it until 3 days ago when the sound has completely stopped working. It’s always been low but now nothing. Any help available? Quick Update on the above. When you set the MiTV Stick up it askes to pair with your TV remote which i did. The issue i had was that i must have turned the sound on the TV down and the MiTv stick sound was turned all the way down instead. When i then tried to use it the sound was permanently muted and the volume control only operated the tv sound. Anyway, i unpaired it and can use the Mi remote to turn the sticks volume up and down and the TV remote to turn it off and on.

For the 3rd time, this product stopped working suddenly and no technical support avilable and no videos showing how to troubleshooting the device.
