My hair feels much better after using this. It's made it soft,shiny and manageable again, after I would definitely recommend both products.

Excellent product made my hair feel soft and tangle free. Also found it easier to blow dry into the style that I wanted. A lovely fresh smell with hints of coconut. Great value especially as, you don’t need to use much.

Needed a sulphate and salt free shampoo and conditioner after getting keratin treated and coloured hair & opted for this after reading reviews online. The scent is very subtle, it was easy to dispense because it comes with a free dispensing pump and after using the conditioner, it leaves the hair really soft. I had an issue with the free dispensing pump and the communication and how they resolved the issue was very swift, which is what i appreciateabout the most in a business (customer care). Personally, the price is a little steep for me for a shampoo & conditioner but it keeps the treated hair almost like a salon finish so i will be purchasing again. A little goes a long way too and the shampoo does lather up a little as most sulphate free shampoo's don't (thats a plus). Shampoo the scalp and keep the conditioner on for the length of the hair. Definitely a good purchase.

First impressions, love the packaging and presentation, looks very professional and trustworthy, large bottles with alternative pumps. The original caps didn’t open properly so I substituted them with the alternatives. The shampoo is quite thin and diluted, you need quite a lot of the product to produce suds. The conditioner is very thick, so was pleased with that. The smell of both of them reminds me of Baylis and Harding but just not as yummy. I usually use kerasilk since I had a keratin treatment done a while ago and my hair is quite damaged, but kerasilk is very expensive, and honestly this product is a great alternative, feels better in my hair and is half the price. I will be repurchasing :)

Nice for my extensions, would buy again

This product is off to a promising start! I have typical East Asian hair—jet black and very thick—so I needed to lather three times to fully work it through. After rinsing, my hair initially felt a bit brassy, but once I followed up with conditioner, it turned noticeably smooth and soft. The fragrance is absolutely glorious and really stands out. I also noticed very minimal hair fall—only about 2 strands during and after showering—which is a great sign for me. Overall, a great experience so far!

The first time I bought this I absolutely loved both the shampoo and the very creamy conditioner. I was running low so re-ordered it in March but didn't start using it until a couple of weeks ago. I noticed the conditioner was really watery unlike the first one. Gradually my hair started to feel very dry, like straw, and has gone a very brassy colour and my scalp is itchy. Looking at the reviews left by other people quality control seems absent. I won't be buying this again and what I've got left will be thrown away.

Love both shampoo and conditioner Makes your high feel lighter not clogged down by heavy chemicals Shampoo doesn’t lather as much as normal so I needed to use twice as much but half the amount of conditioner was needed So I would buy two shampoo to one conditioner Wouldn’t go back to regular shampoo ever again

In some revieew I have seen that there were complaints about its smell so I had worries but it smells like coconut and it softened my hair very gently and I shaped my hair easier..My hair is thick and long. I recommend it.

I just did a nanoplastia treatment and bought this shampoo and balsam. It's o gentle yet so effective once the hair gets oily! I am happy with this purchase overall!

I recently purchased the NYK1 Shampoo & Conditioner based on price point and positive customer review . Before providing my feedback, I wanted to use the product several times first to be certain of how it works with my hair. Have to say that I am really liking the product and seems to work with my grey, wavy (leaning toward frizz especially when there is high humidity). Also, had first hand experience with Krissy at NYK1 (relating to request for 2nd pump) who also provided me with great advice regarding the conditioner i.e. to focus on the ends not the hair roots. It makes such a difference and hair doesn't feel coated after rinsing. I will be returning for more.
