Does it make the lashes white??

Yes it does make the lashes white at first, this is like an under coat, but then you put your normal mascara on top and it covers the white. I think this is a good product, after the prima I find it’s easier to put my mascara on with less smudges. It also makes lashes look more voluminous.

can I use it on its own without black mascara on top?

It depends what kind of look you are going for? If you just want white eyelashes, then yes you can wear it on its own. If you want you’re lashes to look thicker and fuller then you can put a layer of this, then apply mascara.

I ordered two at once but still have to pay postage and packing twice???

If you ordered two together at the same time then you should only be paying postage and packing for one parcel.

Does it dry semi transparent - I need something curl bare lashes without adding mascara ? Thank you 🙏
