Does this item come sealed?

It *should* come with a cellophane seal but the one I received did not and it looked used and battered, I had to return it. From other reviews it seems that this is an Amazon problem for this product.

Can it be removed with a traditional cleansing oil?

Hi Irene, We would always recommend using an eye makeup remover to cleanse the delicate eye contour. Skin around the eyes is structurally different to skin on the face; thinner and more vascular, so must be treated delicately. Thanks

Which mascaras are waterproof?

I'm really sorry, I do not use waterproof mascara as it damages my lashes when I take it off. This one is definitely not waterproof.
