Really versatile but mainly use it for making truffles. People ask if I have booze in them, which I don't.

Nice raspberry flavour. Not chemically as in most strawberry flavours.

Really fantastic flavour. I used this for buttercream, so it was very important that it be highly concentrated so that it did not ruin the consistency if the buttercream. My clients were thrilled. I let my family try it and they were also really impressed. Not an extract, but not a chemically taste. It is very strong, so use modestly.

I used this in a raspberry and white chocolate cookie recipe it tasted good.

I was a bit sceptical about this but made some butter icing and merigues and it had a very natural taste - would recomnend. I have now bought the strawberry

Used it to flavour some icing to go on a cake. I had to cover the cake real raspberries to disguise the taste of this product - now stuck with 99ml of flavouring that I won't use

Ordered for my wife to use when baking. Larger bottle than realised so excellent value for money. She happy with the quality so am looking forward to home baking.
