This is such a nice, big mat. It stays put on the counter and doesn’t slide around while rolling out dough. It’s very easy to use. I like the thick silicone material it is made of. I haven’t used it in the oven but it states it is heat resistant. I plan to continue using it to roll out dough and it’s a nice size for cinnamon roll dough, too.

This was exactly what I needed to roll out cinnamon rolls. I like the inch scales for both circular and rectangular shapes.

I started making bread and needed something to knitt my bread on. I love this thing so much and it is easy to clean too
