Safe for hamster sand baths
I’d previously been buying Komodo sand for my hamster but the past few purchases there was a hole in the bag, so I stopped ordering, however I saw this one and it was a good few quid cheaper than the Komodo one. Very happy, the packaging is thick and sturdy and you get a very good amount for the price. Super safe for hamsters as non dusty and has no added calcium or colouring. My hamster loves it. Will buy again

Great substrate!
My ball python loves it and I’ve had absolutely no issues - no moulding and it really helps with humidity within the tank. It has very little smell if any, and is super easy to clean and doesn’t stick to the tank.I also quite like the colour of it and it’s soft and not rough on my baby ball pythons belly, and the size pack is good for the price. Definitely recommend!

Best tortoise substrate
My tortoise lives in this stuff and it’s the best I can find on the market. No smell, easy to clean and she likes to dig.

Bag was leaking
This is the second time i purchased this item, which is for my hamsters, who absolutely love it.It is good quality, safe and also good value for money (the plastic bag it comes in is definitely not to my expectations) the first time i purchased. had a small hole on the side and leaked a little , second time had a larger hole on the bottom.The courrier who delivered the sand , was kind enough to place the leaking bag ( which he delivered) in a plastic carrier bag, otherwise I would have had half a bag.The reason i give this 4 stars is because of the rubbish plastic is comes in.Not sure if I will order again, unless the plastic is much thicker.

Great Beech Chippings

Quick Delivery & Good Product
Bought for a dragon tank after upgrading the size significantly. Will definitely buy again - so much easier than lugging it home myself and arrived so quickly.

Value for money.
Great for hamsters and better value than the 5kg Trixie offer and actually... This is a finer grade without being too dusty. Fantastic. Nearly twice as much for just £2 extra.
