Amazon Basics Dinnerware Set for 4, 16-Piece AB-Grade Porcelain Plates Bowls, Microwave Dishwasher Safe, White

This set of dinnerware is a good starter set for anyone looking for an initial set to stock a cabinet. They’re plain white, as you can see, but any bonus dinnerware with character can supplement these easily without clashing. I have experienced no chipping or scratching with regular use and hand-washing. I can’t speak for potential dishwasher exposure.

Good if you’re in a budget. Not good if you want to have massive meals as it won’t fit it all. But it’s a basic set that’s what you get for the price. No chips and quite sturdy.

Bought these back in May 2018. I have to say I've been surprisingly happy with them. They were only meant to be temporary as they were cheap however I'm very happy with them. They're quite stain resistant, the stuff that's been staining has been tea and coffee however a bit of bleach spray and they just come up white again. So they're still very white and great value. I would say the cups are a little on the small side but the bowls are an ideal size. I would recommend buying, esp if it's your first home.

Having seen the range of dinnerware, and the fancy designs, (and fancy prices) and not being too fancy myself, I opted for this set from Amazon basics, having bought their named brand products before and found them to of be excellent quality. These arrived intact, excellently packaged, and of the usual quality expected form Amazon, it's worth noting the bowls are quite small and deep. Fingers crossed, I should have no trouble adding to these or purchasing replacements, although I did buy 2 sets to ensure I had enough for any guests

Excellent quality dinnerware, they look premium quality and durable. Dishwasher safe and packaged well. Standard size and decent thickness. Includes bowls and dinner plates and side plates and some small mugs so a complete dinnerware set. Overall very pleased

Very happy either the dinner service except for one bowl being chipped. I would prefer a replacement bowl rather than attempting to return the full order
