I've used Retinol and it fixed my acne but now I have huge gaping pores on my face. Will this help out with my pores and uneven skin tone?

I go to a medical spa with an esthetician and thats how I got turned on to the skinceuticals line. I dont have the cystic acne scarring but have had lifelong acne issues and lots of redness, surface scarring, etc, which is now much improved with the current regimen, peels, etc. I like their products, though like most good skin care, they are fairly pricey!!
