Karaoke USA GF843 Karaoke System

Bought as an xmas present for our 3 daughters (aged 11, 7 and 4) just to add to the festive mayhem! Delivery was quick and unit is exactly as described. Fantastically easy to set up and use, very good (and loud) sound quality for a portable unit. The microphones feel very professional and robust and seem to have a good voice 'pick-up' for inexperienced users. The individual volume controls and 'echo' level are great, as is the ability to adjust the key up or down for each track. Sadly, there is no auto-tune function, but I don't think it would make much difference anyway!! The whole thing seems solid and well-built, which is essential as it will get a hammering from the girls and their friends over time - definitely glad we paid the extra money to get a 'proper' machine rather than a cheapo Argos version. We had a minor issue with the LCD screen display which started shortly after we first used the machine, but Rob at Karoake UK Ltd couldn't have been more helpful or obliging and sent a replacement out immediatey with no fuss or quibbling. My only recommendation would be to buy additional karaoke CDs to go with it as the ones supplied aren't great for young kids and didn't have enough 80's classics for us!

This was purchased to replace GF829 model which was a Christmas gift to my 11 year old niece, (12 now) which had a fault with one of the microphone connectors so had to be returned recently under guarantee and unless I wanted to purchase from an Amazon seller if purchasing directly from Amazon they now only did this updated model. Must admit couldn't really see what extras this GF843 model had compared to the GF829 considering it was £45 more but needed to replace my nieces present. Apparently this new model has built inflashing lights, record singer facility, remote control and a number of extra buttons but there features not checked out. The old model was brilliant so this can only be better, really well made just like a professional model, gives hours of fun to both children and adults, great for house parties, light weight so easyto move around to use at other venues etc. when using Karaoke CD's all words come up on screen. Overall highly recommended item which gives hours of fun to all age groups.

This is a brilliant machine, but I knocked off a star for the awful microphones , they were very quiet and you had to hold them right up to your lips to be heard at all. They also had very short cables. So I splashed out another £36 on 2 excellent quality microphones which also came with much longer cables, and now I am delighted with it. I had purchased an extra set of song disks when I ordered the machine, and then realised that I wasted my money because of the brilliant Bluetooth function. The machine connects to my iPad via Bluetooth, which In turn connects to the TV using a lightning/HDMI cable (I think it also can connect via Airplay), so you then have an unlimited library of karaoke tracks on YouTube to choose from, and you can play the music and lyrics through your TV! Fantastic! It went down a storm at our recent party! Don’t bother buying any song disks, use YouTube instead.

great toy, arrived before i knew it, ie withing 12 hours but does play dvd films, but one irritating thing i have since discovered, is that sometimes after i have worked long and hard of getting a song right, and recorded, i find quite often it has jumped, thus messing up my hard work, thus wasting my time, means once it is marred, i can not include it on a CD-R for anyone, and once it has been marred, there is nothing i can do about it, accept try and do it again, but then how do i know it wont happen again, and it does, so in parts it is very unreliable, and no, i am not completely happy, but what do you lot care/, take the money and run, that is what life is about these days, isn't it. I am pissed off, i worked all day on 8 songs, which i feel i did brilliantly, until i played them back, and only 2 of them were passable, but only just. after today, i feel very dis-heartened with everything karaoke has to offer. its a shame, because i am suffering with an illness, and it is the only thing that i get any joy out of. I know you can't do anything for me, but perhaps in the future, you can make sure that other customers don't have to be treated like so/ no, i do not give any opology for this rant, i am a customer, a good one, i have spent i lot of money on amazon, so i have every right to moan...i doubt if anyone reads these things, but if you do...thanks for nothing.

If, like me, you have been googling "the best portable karaoke machines" for the last few weeks, and keep seeing this one on all the lists as one of the best ones, then stop your search now and dither no longer! Put it in your basket, close your eyes and click buy now. No need to cross your fingers and hope for the best....do not worry....you have absolutely made a good choice! It is very lightweight (you will think it is too light to be any good when you receive your parcel, but fear not) It has everything you could possibly want from a karaoke machine and the sound is fantastic. The Bluetooth feature is a marvel! No need to be searching for discs that have that one song on that you love, just connect your Bluetooth, find it on You-Tube karaoke and read the lyrics on your phone screen rather than the machine screen....what could be easier! Great machine and my 9 year son (if he gets a look in over my husband lol) will love it. As other reviews have said, the discs with it are sing-along-ones and are rubbish....nursery rhymes and mainly Gospel type songs...so if anyone could recommend "the best cdg karaoke box sets" and save my time on google, I would be very grateful :-)

I bought this Nov 2017 as xmas pressie for my daughters. Opened on xmas day. About 3 weeks from that day, it worked perfectly then all of a sudden it developed a fault even when we only used it once in awhile which is more on the weekend when theres no school. Theres so much static noise when i plug the mics. When we sang, we can barely hear our voices clearly as it sounds like crumpled paper continuously. I plugged/unplug the mics multiple times, even use the mics as far as we can from the karaoke machine to no avail. Contacted amazon and sent back, Glad i got a full refund and bought it thru amazon not private seller to avoid more headaches. Now i have a crying child missing her karaoke machine. Now I have to be more cautious but definitely will get one soon as replacement for this. Just told my daughters there was problem in Santa’s workshop and he will replace the machine soon enough. Lol.

This kareoke is good , the down side the mics are not very powerful.and one seems better than the other.would of like it for christmas day, although on the tracking it was suppose to of been tryed to of been delivered twice .i had nothing posted to say this had been attemted. When i did recieve it the courier told me , that they are suppose to post, a card saying they have attemted to deliver an pacel.I was also told that the depo was only 10 mins away from where i live. If i had known this l would of picked this up myself.oh well never mind.ROB reponded to all my emails and did his best to get this parcel to me. We had it on time for new year and had areally good night.could be doing with better microphones.thankyou

Bought for my 5 year old daughter for Christmas. Awful continuous static noise from moment turned it on, so loud we couldn’t use it and ruined the day. Obviously faulty and no quality control in place otherwise would not have sent out. Disappointed! I hope that they will refund.

Leider war kein Eu Stecker an der Anlage , Die Bedienung mehr als Bediener unfreundlich weil keine deutsche Anleitung dabei war! Man konnte keine Playlist zusammen stellen und musste deswegen ewig den nächsten und nächsten Song auswählen. Für den Preis Absolut nicht in Ordnung habe es deswegen auch zurück geschickt das war sehr unkompliziert
