I have a mixture of isues that meant that I drank a lot each day, but I was always deyhydrated and thirsty. I've tried a few rehydration drinks now and these are my favourite. They taste nice, are easily portable, don't require a lot of liquid (200ml only), and they contain sugar which is particularly useful first thing. Along with another sugar-free brand, these are doing me a lot of good. I haven't experienced any side effects from ORS, when other brands have made me feel unwell. I'd guess we all dehydrate slightly differently.

I've been keeping these electrolyte tablets in my gym bag and they've proved genuinely useful after longer walks, workouts and on particularly warm days when I've been sweating more than usual. The tablets are straightforward to use and dissolve reasonably quickly in water without leaving lots of residue at the bottom of the bottle. I usually drop one into a reusable water bottle and it's ready to drink within a few minutes. The blackcurrant flavour was better than I expected. Some electrolyte drinks can taste overly sweet or have a slightly artificial aftertaste, but this has a lighter flavour that's easy to drink without becoming sickly. The tube is compact enough to carry around without taking up much space, which makes it handy for travel, keeping in a desk drawer at work or throwing into a gym bag. One thing I particularly like is that the tablets are low in calories, so they add flavour and electrolytes without turning my water into a sugary sports drink. My only minor criticism is that the flavour may be a little mild for people who prefer stronger-tasting drinks, although that's largely down to personal preference. I've ended up using these more often than I expected simply because they're convenient to keep on hand. They're the sort of product that's easy to overlook until you need one, and then you're glad it's in the cupboard.

We’ll never needed to use this sort of thing before really on a regular basis . Age creeping up I suppose and what comes with it . 🤦‍♀️But because of the extreme heat for the last weeks/months (uk) and me feeling not quite right even though drinking a lot of water/fluids throughout the day/night so I thought I’d give it a go . It does what it supposed to do , and I definitely felt a lot better . Easily dissolved tastes fine not unpleasant no problem with digestion system drunk it throughout the day . It definitely helped me and I hope it helps people reading this .

These don’t taste very nice and I don’t understand all the good reviews. The hydration is adequate it seems. But it requires two tablets per 200ml of water which is a lot, considering there are only 12 servings. I thought I would give these a go as they were on sale and rated well. However as with other tablets I’ve tried, you can taste the bitterness from the bicarbonate of soda that is required to dissolve it. Even though the blackcurrant flavor is nice, it’s overshadowed by the nasty bitter flavor of the fizzing agents. Wouldn’t buy these again and will stick to traditional powders.

Bought these for our Disney world Florida (in June!!) holiday. Myself and my two teenagers were slogging in the humidity and heat like Olaf in a bonfire. It was important to me that we were prepared, two weeks in the that heat is not for the weak. Alongside some liquid IV (expensiiiiive) I got these. You pop off the cap and use two tablets in your water, I always gave it a good shake because it can take a minute to crumble away and mix in with the water. Taste wise, no issues here. They definitely kept us hydrated and I didn’t really see a difference between using these ones and the more expensive brands. Exactly what it says it does. Easy to use, you get more in them than other brands (although divide it by two to get the servings) and they aren’t in little packets that you have to throw away - hurrah for less trash in the environment. I bought some when I came home for general use too.

I really enjoy artificial black current flavoring so these are very good in my opinion. Little expensive but if for whatever reason you are forgetting to or unable to drink water continually throughout your day these might be good to keep yourself hydrated. Has that kind of sweet salty taste that some energy drinks have not in a bad way. I really enjoy these end frankly have been tempted to try eating a tablet dry once or twice. I've admittedly licked a couple and it makes your mouth water.
