’ve been using the Dremel 690 EZ SpeedClic Cutting Wheels Set for a few DIY projects, and it’s proven to be a really handy and well-designed accessory kit for the Dremel rotary tool. The whole Dremel system is just great and these cutting tools are very hard so will cut bolts (which is what I used them for as I put up a side gate).Apart from the huge stream of sparks that was emitted (wear goggles) the worse thing was that although these could easily cut the bolts, if the tool was moved even a tiny amount out of true the disk would jam in the slot it was cutting and sheer off its Speed Click mounting.I managed to ruin 3 disks this way (which I why I'm stocking up on more); even though I took extra care with the final disk as I knew it was my last one it too was wrenched off its mounting spindle when it was barely 10% used.So use with great care and keep the tool perfectly aligned in the cutting slot - and never ever rush it as that is an immediate recipe for disaster (don't ask me how I know).I still like these (love them and the Dremel even) but I'm definitely knocking a star off due to the fragile nature of the mounting. If I had been cutting smaller bolts (of a hobbyist nature) rather than 8mm gate bolts I probably wouldn't have had this issue.So, cautiously recommended!

Nice good quality set works perfectly with my Milwaukee rotary tool.

These are the only Dremel discs I use now. Once you've used these there is no way you will go back to cheaper generic discs!Yes they are more expensive, but these discs are 100x better and more efficient than any other disc. I have a cheap Chinese rotary tool, I bought it to cut through siezed nuts and bolts on my car. I first tried two different cheaper cutting discs and wore down over ten discs and still didn't complete the job. Ordered these and they are superb. They immediately cut through the metal bolt like butter. One disc did break (the ez speed clic part in the middle of the disc flew off) but I only needed one more to cut several siezed bolts off. The discs also don't whittle away like cheap ones either.

Good quality blades - I've had some terrible ones in the past that came with my Maplin rotary tool. They just fall to pieces and are a pain to change. Once the Maplin rotary died a second time (warranty replaced the first) and I got a good one Bosch Professional 06019C5000 GRO 10.8 V Rotary Tool Bare Unit - Blue, I tried using the old bits (it came with an extensive accessory range) and they were awful. These Dremel blades are worth their price even if you don't get SpeedClic. The unbranded ones are just a false economy for cutting.SpeedClick as a system is a little more expensive than normal bits but is quick and easy to change. If you cut as a professional or want good performance and fast changes, buy the SpeedClic system. Perfectly paired with a quick chuck Dremel 2615448632 Keyless Quick Change Multi Tool Chuck 4486.Dremel are owned by Bosch, and the high quality bits are an excellent pairing to a quality tool.

Le mandrin EZ speedclic facilite énormément l’utilisation des disques à tronçonner.Je les utilise surtout pour découper de l'os .Non non , je ne suis pas le petit fils du Dr Petiot mais juste luthier amateur .Et sur les guitares il existe des sillets ou s'appuient les cordes , c'est principalement par ces sillets de tête et de chevalet que se transmettent les vibrations à la caisse .Sur les guitares fabriquées en usines elles sont le plus souvent en plastique et ne sont jamais réglées comme il faudrait . J'en taille donc sur mesure en utilisant ces disques dremel et ce systeme de mandrin .Le problème est qu'après un certain nombre de mois , un an peut être , malgré sa solidité je le reconnais car je l'ai énormément sollicité , ce systeme de fixation finit par prendre un certain jeu et l'axe des disques n'est plus tenu comme il devrait ,le travail devient alors dangereux et contre productif.Pour scier de vieux boulons ou axes récalcitrants dans des endroits mal placés , de pot d’échappement rouillé par exemple ça fonctionne tres bien .Mais afin de faire durer les disques il faut trouver la bonne vitesse , si ils deviennent rouge c'est qu'il sonten train de fondre ,trop de vitesse ou de pression .Tout ça pour dire que j'ai acheté ce pack parce que j'avais besoin de changer de mandrin et qu'au prix ou il est vendu ( les prix fluctuent 13... 15 € ...) c' est beaucoup plus intéressant que de n'acheter que le mandrin qui à lui tout seul est vendu 8 ou 9 € en promo .Ajouter 5 ou 6 € pour avoir 10 disques , le calcul est vite fait .Et cerise sur le gâteau , comme l'on fait remarquer d'autres commentateurs , on a le droit à une belle boite . Regardez mes photos , elle peut être améliorée en testant justement les disques plastiques .Pour retirer l'auto collant => essence F ça fonctionne à merveille !Et le contenu du pack est bien :8 disques pour l'acier dont-6 de 1.15 d’épaisseuret -2 de 0.75et - 2 pour le plastique .Mais n’espérez pas faire des coupes fines correspondant à ces chiffres , la précision ne sera pas au rendez vous , il faut compter tres large .Voilà , moi c'est clair , ces disques je ne peux plus m'en passer , cool j'ai un mandrin flambant neuf !J’oubliais , mettez toujours des lunettes de protection , je ne suis pas passé loin d'une catastrophe , mais heureusement on apprend de ses erreurs .
