Personal Lubricant, 250ml

Waited a little while to leave a review but after many play sessions here it is. Liquid silk certainly lives up to its name, after many years using a powdered based lube { self mix } it was interesting to use something straight from a bottle, it has a lot going for it and certainly works in its function, easy clean, stays slippery for a long time, but I must admit I prefer a thicker lube, with toys it was no problem but with other human things it did not give me the play I like, I would use it again for toy play as there is no doubt its a premium product, but first I may try a butter for that thicker coating feeling I get with the self mix one for other acts { wink }

Very silky and long lasting. Does not become sticky so fast as water based lubricants.

Brilliant lube

NB: Lets start by stating that if you keep relationship kit, lubes, toys etc in a bedside drawer you are going to have to keep this upright, the pump lid on mine doesn't lock off ...so beware, in case of leakage. texture (straight out of the pump) slightly more viscose than a regular high street supermarket offering, low on the perfumed front (virtually undetectable) ..nigh on "neutral" ..the texture whilst not tacky is very noticeably not dribbly, it will stay where put! ..it's not going to fall off your fingers unless you've used a veritable river of the stuff, ie ..way too much. In terms of "how much is too much" less appears to be more ..good coverage seems to justify the price (cheapest I found it was here on amazon (prime) ..compared to other sellers own sites & also ebay (whom both Lovehoney & Anne Summers use as a "catch em all" sales portal in addition to their own dedicated sites, We like to buy & try new lubes as a couple, because frankly, you never know what you are missing from another brand. Why a 4 not a 5 star opinion? ..we haven't considered it used for more than curiosity of a new item, ..however it seems like a contender compared to more dribbly water based lubes that end up on the sheets as well as you, the moment you apply them. No Need to "slather" this, & in terms of tacky residual lube on hands, it was very minimal without any of the clamminess that sends you to the bathroom to wash it off afterwards. The bad thing? ...parabens x 3 different types which are not good!

Very smooth experience with this product!

this is my go to lube for toying, i've been through wayyy more than my fair share of bottles of it over the last few years and it has always worked perfectly. it's mostly water based so pretty safe to use with almost any kind of toy, and it's also very easy to clean up afterwards if things have gotten a bit, um, messy. it's really nice and slippery, as you'd hope lol, and about as long lasting as you could expect a water based lube to be, i guess the little bit of silicone in there does help. i'm not sure i'd call it 'moisturising' but it does feel very mild and gentle, and it doesn't cause any me any irritation or discomfort even during long sessions. there's only a faint smell to it and the taste isn't all that bad either if that's your kinda thing (though you probably shouldn't swallow too much of it hehe). honestly the main appeal for me is the white colour. it's obviously not a one to one match for, y'know, the 'real thing' but it's way closer than the transparent lubes which can really add to the fantasy, especially if you're using a squirting toy. it's well priced too, especially in the bundles, which helps a lot if you like doing the really biiig loads cause you're gonna get through a lot of it super fast. um yeah not much else to say i guess. the bottle looks nice, the pump works fine, they just need to start selling it in kegs so i don't have to keep ordering it so often lol. get it, enjoy yourself, literally ^_^

I cannot speak too highly on the effectiveness of this product. I have bought it on 5 occasions over the past 3 years! My wife and I are in our mid-70's and have known each other for almost 50 years. We have always made love at least twice a week over that time but 'dryness' made things a little more difficult from about 8 years ago. We tried KY jelly initially and then, about 5 years ago we found a product 'Sylk' available then from 'Boots that was better but still was a little 'sticky' after prolonged sessions. This product 'Silk' caught my attention when it was a 'Deal of the Day'. Wow! What a discovery! A similar price to the 15 ml tubes of Sylk, but you get 250mls, and So much easier to apply with the .'pump' action.. On one pack, the pump would not operate but substitution of the pump by the one from the previous (almost empty) dispenser soon sorted things out. We now make love even more frequently and there is no 'stickiness' or soreness for my wife. We have also enhanced our love-making considerably by using 'Orgasmic Gels'. Several are available from Amazon, but the 'Durex' brand is very effective. In our view, it is not appropriate to use these gels on their own, but only when a lubricant such as 'Silk' has been applied first. My wife chooses when the gel is applied and, in our experience, orgasms are totally guaranteed! Currently we manage at least 3 times a week. Remember ... we are in our mid-70's!

This lube is silicone free however it does have a slippery feel to it. Does not feel as good as a silicone based lube but it is compatible with toys. At least I haven't seen any adverse effect so far. I did try silicone lube on toys once, despite the warning but I was a big mistake. I could literally see a thin layer of the latex coating coming off. This one also washes off with water without any oily residue unlike silicone based lube. However I've noticed that it dries off very quickly. You'll need to keep applying some water or extra lube.

Good value, best personal lubricant product on the market. I've been using it for years and don't use other products. I like the new pump which is lockable for travel. Easy wash afterwards, without any stickiness.

Uno dei migliori secondo me, non appiccicano o irritano la pelle. Sembra veramente seta. Lo preferisco a quelli della durex o di altre marche. È a base d'acqua e quindi non macchia ed é compatibile con il latex.

Ne ho provati tre a base di acqua. Tra cui My lubie, ottimo ma molto costoso e Aquaglide, piuttosto appiccicoso e asciuga in fretta. Questo è il migliore. Ha davvero la consistenza della seta, dura moltissimo, ne basta davvero poco. Non macchia, si lava via facilmente. Delicato, non irrita. Non è completamente insapore e inodore ma a me va bene così. Carina e discreta la confezione, comodo l'erogatore, prezzo ottimo: circa 10 € per 250 ml! Arriva perfettamente sigillato. Consigliatissimo.

Das Gleitmittel ist wirklich top. Es zählt zwar nicht zu den preiswertesten, aber meiner Meinung nach lohnt sich der Kauf. Gleitfähigkeit Es reicht eine kleine bis moderate Menge schon aus. Als Vergleich vielleicht ein 2 Euro Stück? Natürlich je nach Anwendungsbereich immer nachnehmen. Geruch Das Gleitmittel hat einen leichten, angenehmen und seidigen Geruch. Finde es nicht aufdringlich und mochte den Duft sehr gern. Wobei es glaube ich nichtmal parfümiert ist. Der Pumpspender ist super praktisch und kann auf und zugedreht werden. Ermöglicht eine einfache Nutzung. Kann es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
