I use this most days before I head to work , it smells lovely I put it on my wrists and clavicle points. Handy in a roller bottle. I feel calm when I wear it .

So many people comment on this lovely smell. I can't get enough of it and use it as perfume. I've even bought some for colleagues, they love the smell so much. Clears head, soothes mind and spirit. The roller is much weaker, obviously, than the pure essential oil.

Beats a lot of prescription meds for mild stress

I've tried lavender oils for relaxation but I was recommend this and I find this much more effective for relaxation. The smell is unique and deeply layered, over the course of a few minutes then across the hour the scent changes which I think is what helps me focus on it rather than whatever I'm worrying about. Lovely subtle notes and one tiny bottle lasts absolutely ages! I carry them in handbags etc

This is literally like rolling on a drug. I put this on when I'm feeling anxious and within 20 mins im like anxious about what? I also put this on before bed and honestly its like night nurse it knocks me out! I do use a pillow spray as well which helps. Definitely worth the money. The scent isn't great but you know not everything in life smells of roses.

It was helpful but the smell I didn't like. Unfortunately, my 2yo broke it accidentally.
