This book has unique challenges they do have duration. But if you have a lower income you can just continue them at your own pace. Each one is different and unique and there are even some in the back that you can write in your own amount that you want to save. There are also sheets like the picture above that tell you about the savings tracker and talk more about savings.

I love this book it has so many savings challenges! The only thing I don’t like is that the pages are double sided so you are left to pick which challenge you want to do out of the 2! And I wish the pages were perforated
