These are really good. They keep you awake. I'm so awake by now. I could do crosswords, that's how awake I am. You want some, they make you awake. REALLY AWAKE! I'm so awake right now. I tend to drink a lot of coffee (more than I probably should) but after years of drinking I was growing tired of stained teeth so wanted to explore other options.Pro Plus was a good alternative, you still get the caffeine kick without the tooth staining from black coffee.Recommendation is 1 to 2 tablets at a time and I find that 1 is sufficient for me to keep me focused without being overly alert or stimulated. If I'm particularly tired or have a busy day at work I'll opt for 2 instead.The caffeine wears of gently and subtly without have any sluggish side effects.For the price of a fancy coffee from a coffee shop, you get a lot of tablets that will last a long time if used as and when needed.The tablets themselves are nice and small and can be swallowed with or without water with ease. They have no taste.Happy with the purchase and will reorder more when needed.

A perfect solution to avoid nasty energy drinks that full of sugars and tourine etc. Also when on the road for long drive it keeps me awake and no need for frequent toilet. I just take two at a time with water and I’m sorted

I not a fan of sweetness of the tablet and also the serving size feels small for a big person like me. I did take multiple tablets (4) and didn't notice much so may be this one is not for my body chemistry.
