Excellent quality and very easy to install. Yes they were expensive, but they are and feel good quality. I’ve had these for three - four months and they look brand new and are easy to clean. They also come with the little screw driver so you don’t have to faff about trying to find the right size thingy in the tool kit.

It's a Roca toilet seat. Good quality. Doddle to fit on a Roca pan. Extremely competitive price. What more can I say

Great service from Amazon, we ordered one of these over three weeks ago from a local plumbing supplies and are still waiting, they said it would have to come from Spain Amazon delivered the next day! Existing seat is 6 years old and we were sceptical about the fit because the reference numbers were not the same on the website to the ones on the old seat but it is perfect and my non plumbing husband managed to fit it extremely quickly, just hope the hinges last a bit longer this time. Gone are the days when any seat would have fit but we did not want to have to replace a 6 year old toilet just because of the broken hinges.

Fast delivery and an exact replacement for our broken one. Only one problem. The grub screws which fasten the seat to the fixing posts were missing. Fortunately I still had the old seat and was able to swap the screws over.

We like the fact that this seat comes with the hinges attached. It made replacing an existing worn out seat easy: less than half an hour’s work, even for amateurs. The downstairs toilet now looks smart again.

We first bought this product a few years ago. It recently got damaged when someone had a fall. One of the hinges got dislodged where it attached to the lid in spite of being quite sturdy. Didn’t hesitate to order the same one again. Quick delivery and easy to fit.

The product was exactly what we ordered to replace a broken seat (screw attaching seat and lid to loo sheared off after only 18 months) but when we attached the new seat within days a crack appeared on the lid close to the hinge. £88 for a seat and lid that will need to be replaced yet again. Not at all impressed and be really grateful if the supplier could contact us to discuss this issue.
