This surprised me
Initially I heard a lot of mixed reviews on this brand but this has done wonders to my hair. Very soothing curling cream and has a nice coconut aroma, very easy to apply does not appear greasy and is perfect consistency. As instructed I applied it on damp hair and it gave me flawless finger coils, its very lightweight and gives hair a hydrated look. Worked amazing for me!

My curls have clearly decided to cooperate
I have 3A–3B curly hair, with plenty of volume and a mind of its own, so finding a cream that moisturises without turning my curls into a heavy, sticky mess is no small achievement.I use this together with the Cantu Wave Whip Curling Mousse. I apply the mousse to very wet hair first, scrunch it through, then use a small amount of this cream mainly on the ends. I then diffuse on medium heat and let my curls do their thing. The combination works really well for me. The cream adds softness and moisture without ruining the definition I get from the mousse, and my curls come out bouncy, defined and much less frizzy. If I want my curls to last for 2–3 days without washing, I add a little curl gel as the final step. It gives me the extra hold I need while the cream keeps the ends feeling soft rather than dry and crispy.A little goes a long way, which is another bonus because curly hair products have a strange habit of disappearing faster than my motivation on wash day.And the price is very good for the amount you get. I don't feel like I need to use loads of product to get a good result, so it works out even better value.Overall, this has become a regular part of my curly hair routine. Mousse for definition, cream for moisture, gel when I want the curls to stay put — apparently we have finally negotiated a peace treaty.5 stars from me. My curls are still dramatic, but at least they're now organised.

Great curling cream
Great curling cream. I have uswd this for a few years now and is really good stuff. It does have quite a strong smell but its a nice one so not too much of a problem. Overall its a good cream.

Like Tina said, simply the best
I have very thick unruly hair, akin to a rats nest if I don’t straighten it which I try to avoid apart from a rare occasion. So when I saw this and a curl defining hair brush I decided to give it a try. I was so so impressed by the results from just 1 attempt as I can’t even plait my own hair lol. I wrapped my wet hair in a towel for 5 minutes then rubbed in about a tsp of the cream, brushed it with my new brush that separates the hair in to manageable strands then just scrunched up each section and continued to scrunch it for about 20 minutes. I was left with the most beautiful beachy waves and I got so many compliments that I was actually embarrassed lol. The tub is a good size and I’ll get about 15/20 uses as I think I’ll reduce the amount I use next time. It’s a coconut scent but not long lasting but I did think my hair looked a little greasy but my hairdresser said it looked great. 48hrs later and it’s still gorgeous so it’s a definite repurchase item for me and for the price it’s a bargain too.

Love the smell of this range.
I love the smell of this product (others comment on it throughout the day!) my hair curls well with it. Leaving the curls defined. Doesn’t leave it greasy, but it does leave it a little crispy. (Not an issue)Have tried so many products, but glad I have found the Cantu range. Great product for a reasonable price.

Moisturizing and Affordable for Natural Hair
I’ve been using Cantu Shea Butter for Natural Hair Coconut Curling Cream for my natural hair, and overall it works well for moisture and softness. The texture is thick and creamy, so a small amount goes a long way. It helps define my curls and reduces dryness, especially when I apply it on damp hair. The coconut scent is noticeable but not overpowering. I like that it leaves my hair feeling soft and manageable without making it stiff. However, if too much is used, it can feel slightly heavy or leave buildup, so it’s best to apply moderately. It works well for twist-outs and braid-outs and helps control frizz. For very fine hair, you may need to use less product to avoid weighing it down.Overall, it’s a good, budget-friendly option for natural hair that needs moisture and curl definition.

AMAZING!!!!
I had never used curl cream in my routine before and I was very skeptical about it but the results were amazing. With this my hair forms beautiful clumps that are easily styled by brush or any other method. And the smell of the cream was unbelievably gooood!!! Honestly after this cream I came to realize that using a curl cream is more important than gel! Highly recommended!
