Is there a way to avoid streaking? I saw a few pics on here and the brush strokes are visible

With my experience with the product if you properly prep the area you won't have streaking. I pressure wash the area and allow for 24hr drying. I use a White T-shirt rag to apply and then wait about 15 mins before removing access. The prepping can be time consuming but is worth the end results. Weather in Nevada is dry and getting hot.

Is this a watered down version of the real product? Some have claimed that the product on Amazon is watered down and not real

In the past there were some issues of guys cutting Solution Finish with water or oil. Or taking a big bottle and making their own little bottles with a bogus solution finish label. But that hasn’t been seen in a while since I’ve cracked down on it as much as I can. But I can say this if anyone buys a bootleg or Baugus bottle they can contact me and I will replace it regardless of where you got it from.

Can this be used in tires also?

Not recommended on tires. This product is intended for plastics, vinyls and synthetic black exterior trim parts of your vehicle. Tires are made of rubber. This product has solvents and chemicals that may damage the rubber material of your tire. Plus, the rubber tire material is very absorbent, which would cause you to use a substantial amount of product for each tire, if the tire were not become damaged during the application process.

Excellent Product – Restores Trim Like New

I bought Solution Finish – Black Plastic & Vinyl Restorer (1 oz.) after a friend recommended it, and I’m very impressed. It restores faded black plastic and vinyl, bringing back a deep, rich colour without leaving a greasy finish. I used it on exterior car trim that had turned grey, and the results were immediate. Works as Promised!

I have a 1999 Tacoma that I love—some of the plastic parts have faded over time, but this product did a great job and restoring the plastic! If there’s scrapes or imperfections in the plastic, obviously they will still be there after the application, but it also does help to minimize the appearance of them. Cleaned the parts with rubbing alcohol, applied with a microfiber cloth, then buffed with a clean microfiber cloth. I’m happy how it turned out! EDIT: Two months later, and product is still holding up! Very pleased with it still
