How thick es the sensor cord?

My calipers report 2.1mm (5/64"). My freezer seal seems ok, with the cord. I wish the sensor used a flat cable instead.

How do I set it for my freezer?

Hello,thank you for your question. The sensor temperature is the “out” temperature. First, insert the sensor line plug into the thermometer, then put the sensor into the freezer to measure the freezer temperature. The“in”temperature is the thermometer temperature. For example, if the thermometer is attached to the outer door of the freezer, then the“in”is to measure the room temperature outside the freezer. Does the alarm continue or cycle?

When the real temperature is still goes beyond the range you set, or within the range you set，the alarm with light occurs every minute. Since there are two situations for manually set alarms. As follows： ① If the first value you set is HIGHER than the second value: when the real temperature is higher than the first value（such as 31℃） OR lower than the second value（such as 29℃）you set; then real temperature≥31℃ OR real temperature≤29℃ the alarm with light will work. ② If the first value you set is LOWER than the second value: when the real temperature is higher than the first value（such as 29℃） AND lower than the second value（such as 31℃）you set; then 29℃≤real temperature≤31℃ the alarm with light will work.
