Is this a “stamp” or is it a powder?

It’s a gel/powder like consistency, if that makes sense. So I guess more like a stamp? I’ve been using it for over a year and it’s wonderful. I would recommend priming the eyes brows before application especially if you have a naturally oily face like myself. The MadLuv priming gel is great for that. But I still set it with a setting powder after application to really get then to stay. Sometimes you’ll get voids if your natural eyebrow hair moves a little. Just use a little makeup brush and apply some of the stamp stuff to fill in.

I'm still havingvtrouble. How do I get the tint on to the stamper???

To get the sponge onto the stamper you need to press it into the cap. The first use I pressed it a few times. It can be pretty dark with just one press after you use it a few times. Be careful.
