Great 360° Coverage and Still Works Well, Even as an Older Model
Even though this Blink Mini Pan‑Tilt Camera is an older model, it still works seamlessly with the Blink system and the Sync Module, which makes it a very convenient and reliable option for indoor monitoring. The 360° rotation is the standout feature — being able to pan left/right and tilt up/down gives you full coverage of the room, something that many basic cameras can’t do. It’s especially useful when you’re away and want to check every corner of your home or keep an eye on pets and activity. The image quality holds up well for an older model. The HD video is clear in both day and night modes, and the infrared night vision has good visibility without needing additional lighting. The two‑way audio works smoothly, which is helpful if you want to talk to someone at home or redirect a pet. Many recent high‑rated reviewers mention how easy the setup is, and I agree — it takes just a few minutes through the Blink app. Motion alerts are reliable, though some medium‑rated reviews point out occasional delays. I’ve experienced slight lag at times, but nothing major. The option to store clips either via a Blink Subscription Plan or locally with the Sync Module 2 adds flexibility, especially if you don’t want recurring fees. One thing I would love to see improved is an upgraded Mini camera paired with the mount. Since this model is slightly older, a newer version with updated sensors or better low‑light clarity would make the pan‑tilt system even better. Several reviewers mention hoping for a refreshed version as well. Still, for its price and features, it remains a solid choice — especially if you’re already in the Blink ecosystem. What I liked • Smooth 360° rotation for full‑room coverage • Works well with existing Blink modules • Good HD video quality in both day and night modes • Easy setup and dependable two‑way audio • Flexible clip storage: subscription or local USB • Helpful motion alerts when away What could be better • Could benefit from an updated Mini camera with newer hardware • Occasional minor lag in motion notifications • Mount could rotate faster for quicker camera repositioning

Great addition to our existing Blink system
We already have several Blink cameras around our house, so adding this pan-and-tilt camera was an easy decision. Setup took just a few minutes through the Blink app, and it connected seamlessly with the rest of our system. I really like that I didn’t have to learn a new app or deal with any compatibility issues. The pan and tilt feature is what really sets this camera apart. Instead of being limited to one viewing angle, I can remotely move the camera to check different parts of the room whenever I want. The video quality is clear during both the day and at night, and motion alerts have been quick and reliable. If you already use Blink products, this is an excellent upgrade for areas where you want a wider field of view without installing multiple cameras.

Mini blink mini pan-tilt camera
The Blink Mini Pan-Tilt Camera has been an excellent addition to our home security setup. The 360° pan-and-tilt feature allows us to see every corner of the room without any blind spots, giving us complete peace of mind whether we’re home or away. The HD video quality is crystal clear, making it easy to monitor our pets, check on family members, or keep an eye on important areas of the house. Setup was quick and simple, and the camera connects easily to the Blink app, allowing us to view live footage right from our phone. The motion detection works great, and the ability to remotely control the camera’s movement is a feature we use every day. For such a compact camera, it delivers impressive performance and reliability. If you’re looking for an affordable, high-quality indoor security camera with excellent coverage and clear video, the Blink Mini Pan-Tilt Camera is a fantastic choice. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their home security.

Incredible bang for the buck--I wish there was an outdoor version this cheap!
ALL of the Blink stuff I have ordered is getting this same review. After doing an insane amount of research for a home security camera system I settled on Blink for ease of set up and cost. In both of those areas there really isn't a close second. As far as reliability, I'll check in again in a year or two--but other reviews indicate reliability is good. So, good news: easy set-up, great prices, video quality is as good as any, motion sensors and other software adjustable stuff is easy to understand and do. Bad news: The system is crazy slow. I knew that going in, so it might be a bigger deal to you. I'm willing to live with it mostly--down the road I plan to put in a much faster, wired, real time system with only one or two cameras, and Blink has a new "Sync Module" that is supposed to have greater range--and maybe speed things up a bit. The slow is annoying...but not a deal breaker. It has notified me of low batteries a few times--so now I just let it go and they seem to recover on their own. I've also had one or two go offline and I had to reinstall them. I think there are two factors causing this, and again for the price I am willing to live with it. For one thing I have the wireless range maxed out even with an extender for my WiFi network. The other factor is it is currently the dead of Winter and cold beyond all reason. 9 degrees last night, high is 31 today. Lots of snow and wind, too. I'm harder to get along with in this weather myself, so I'll put up with some additional problems with electronics that live outside. Bottom line? After three months I'm happy with it and I recommend any and all of the parts of the system I've bought. It works as advertised and it's way cheap--including the annual subscription if you want cloud storage. I will be buying a couple more pieces soon. It is fully functional as long as you don't need a lot of speed. I'm talking about minutes when I’m antsy and want seconds.

Read Before Buying
The camera is ok for its price point. For $40 I don't expect a 8k video, however, it does the job good enough. The pan features work ok but sometimes loses service so you just close the camera (on your phone) and open it again. Night vision again is ok for a $40 camera. Shows a night vision camera view with ok clarity. Let me just say mine out of the box did not work perfectly from the beginning. I contacted Amazon a number a times and nothing changed I figured I send it back and they send me one that works but they did not. My issues were tv lines ( u know the white lines when your floor model tv needed strong service) across the screen and also the 2 way audio NEVER worked from the beginning so for my kitchen area I drop in on my alexa echo dot to have 2 way communication which is annoying because i cannot see and talk at the same time. My last issue is it doesn't even pick up motion anymore (settings are set and was also restarted). So while the camera is on the only way for me to see is if I activate it. Otherwise someone could walk right by and I would never know. My blink doorbell camera and minis work fine but this pan-tilt? I just don't know if I'll buy it again. Maybe if if it worked from the beginning I would be ok with repurchasing. Also the wifi signal would drop out from time to time. I would say at least 3-5 times in a 6 month span. It's ok for the value. If the 2 way audio, lines on the screen, motion detection reliability and fluency in pan tilt functions on demand were better it would be the perfect indoor camera. I still think its worth the $40 bucks.

Great little camera!
Easy to install. Connection to my Blink system was super easy and the pan, tilt and zoom feature makes it perfect for our open concept floor plan!

Great Amazon service for a camera issue!
Update - an Amazon rep reached out via email and explained the setting I needed to change on my phone. Now I can see what my camera captures while out of the house. Stellar service deserves 5 stars. Years ago, I bought a cheaper camera from another manufacturer and it connected easily and I was able to watch what was happening in my home when I was away from home. This camera works great when I’m in the other room, but the moment I leave my house and I’m away from my Wi-Fi it stops working. Kind of defeats the point don’t you think? I do cat rescue, so I use mine to keep an eye on kittens, and cats recovering from injury while I’m at the office. This is very disappointing, this should plug-in, connect your Wi-Fi, and you should be able to see it from anywhere. But I can only capture the camera signal when I’m in my home. Once I step out the door. I get error messages saying the network connection appears to be off-line.
