After the 1st day of use it is a Very good material and mechanism but it is too hard to adjust and the attached tools are too short to do the job in a sate manner even I requested some tools from my work colleague to adjust it to the suitable positions safely, to avoid injury.

i wish i'd purchased this already... my neck and shoulders feel better after having it for just a day. it's very sturdy, stays in place where you adjust it to. i love that the viewing angle can be changed so easily, using the rotating base, for instance if the room lighting changes. i'd say most folks with a laptop could use one of these.
