The device arrived on time and installed easily. I did need to swap my microphone in Settings, but that's easy. It took a bit of hunting around as the instructions are a bit sketchy, but it only took a few minutes to get it done. the microphone needed to be plugged into my PC, daisy chaining it off a USB port in a monitor didn't work. Now that all that is covered, it has an attractive look, seems to be built well, and functions just as a desktop microphone should. No one has trouble hearing me, and the mute button on the unit works well. I bought this unit because I had to raise my voice to be heard on the microphone built into my laptop. This fixed the issue.

Overall, my experience with this microphone has been nice! This comes with a user manual, and the steps to setup are easy. I wanted to use my mic with Pro Tools and found a YouTube video explaining how to make it show up as an input source. In total, I took 5 minutes to set this mic up! The sound quality is pretty good. There's no muddiness compared to other mics I've used, which can make the sound a bit thin, but I did not have to do much EQ except to eliminate some room noise. Recommended input level is 75%, but I would suggest higher because I had to boost the signal quite a bit to get the desired output volume. Overall, nice mic for new podcasters and YouTubers who don't want to break the bank on a mic that will enhance sound quality!

This is a great product! I had no microphone for my computer. This is easy to install. Works great. I was talking on the phone via computer or zoom meetings in no time. It has on and off capabilities so you can mute it when you don’t want your conversation heard on the other end.You can easily record messages or conversations. It has beautiful clarity.

I really hate headphones and the sound quality on my laptop mic is not great. I ordered this and used it on my meetings today and it worked well. I asked a few people how the sound quality was and everyone said it was really clear. The mute button works, and I like that it lights up red on mute and green on active. I didn't read the description well enough and thought it was a speaker also, which it is not, but I don't really care about that. It serves the purpose I needed it for quite well. Good product at a good price. Plugs into a usb port and there is no setup.

Purchased this Dec 2026 and it suddenly stopped working and would no longer connect to the computer. Don’t waste your money.

Value for the money. Performs amazingly well. Arrived next day thanks for the prime next day delivery, Plug and play; just plugged it into a USB2 multiport hub; placed it on a cushion within the monitor base about 20 inches from self. According to the instruction level was set at 75. The level 70 was bit low. I input the audio directly on to an audio recording software without any DAW, The results were amazing. I was then able to compress and amplify using the software to the desired values. The key point is to record it at lowest possible level to avoid clipping and distortion. You can always adjust the results within the software; post-processing.

It's very quiet unless you're pretty close to it and noise canceling just sounds muffled. It does work though, it just doesn't have a natural sound in my opinion. I guess it really just depends on what you use it for, if you plan to make videos or streaming I wouldn't use it. If you're using to make conference calls then it might work for you. Technically it's better than a stock laptop microphone, it sounds better but it picks up less which to some maybe a good thing. Your voice is clear sounding but quiet and everything in the background is muffled. If you're even 4 ft. Away from it you're going to be really quiet. If you're sitting right next to it sounds pretty good but just isn't going to work for what I want to do with it. For me the onn. Desktop microphone from Walmart is better for around 30 bucks. This didn't cost much so I didn't bother to return it.

It’s a vast vast improvement over using built in mics of whatever devices we were using. currently it’s being used in a room of 4-6 people and pick up is decent. Good value.

I use this to record meetings in the room for an AI Scribe. It picks up the conversations pretty well.I like the green/red indicator on the unit to show when it is active. It is easy to mute by touching the indicator to switch it on/off.It was easy to install on my Windows 10 computer--just plug and play with the USB A plug.The price is very competitive with other products, especially when it on discount during Black Friday.Would strongly recommend.

This microphone worked very well at first.However after 2 months the microphone continually enters mute mode by itself. This is obviously extremely annoying when on a call and makes the speaker useless.Even worse the return window closed after only 4 weeks - which is outrageous.DO NOT BUY THIS SPEAKER!!!

It’s working amazingly. OK, detect the sound in the entire room. Clearly recommended—don’t hesitate to get it if you’re looking for a reliable microphone, this is the one.
