Jake's Wire Tightener Handle, Each

It took a few tries to get a "handle" on how this handle works but it does the job. Im very satisified with it.

Best, when combined with the appropriate Jake's "tighteners" for your fence, these are hands down the best thing I have used for fence repair. Much easier than cutting your own splice and tightening with come along and hold is superior to the crimping tools with the fitting at the break.A little pricey, but Jake came up with a great idea that's capitalism. :-)

had to drill hole out to 5/16 was drilled at factory to 3/16 inch but worked well

I wasn't sure what to expect, but this is heavy-duty. With a little practice, it was easy to use. Took a very slack fence and made it rigid in no time! Very happy with it.

Worked as advertised.

WOW, best thing ever. Ordered it Wednesday, got Friday, talk about fast, I don’t I’ve ever gotten anything so fast. I am at a loss for words about the product itself. It was soo easy to use, and tightened the fence perfectly. Awesome product.

I got some Jake's Wire Tighteners a few months ago, and I'm buying some more because they work so well. I installed 3 or 4 using pliers and a wrench, but that doesn't work so well so I got one of these handles that are made for this application.This handle is well worth the cost if you expect to use more that a few of the wire tighteners. Contrary to what one negative review stated, the tool that I received (December 2018) looks just like the photo in the listing and is more than strong enough. Hopefully they haven't changed to an inferior design since then.

Had gotten one of these tools from another company that broke almost right away. This one, simply put, was made to never break. Finished the job the other one couldn't handle, and I expect it will continue to do the job the rest of my life.
