Kellogg's Crispix, Breakfast Cereal, Original, Low Saturated Fat, Bulk Size, 216 Ounces, (Pack of 12, 18 oz Boxes)

We purchased this product because we were not sure that we would find this type of cereal readily during the pandemic. We understood that the product was discontinued and that it may not be what we would normally findin stores. To our surprise the product was excellent!

If you told me I would be buying a case of cereal, I would have laughed at you. Until today.We eat this for breakfast almost every day.When someone in the house wakes up in the middle of the night, this is the go-to snack.

This is my favorite cereal. I try to buy at least 6 at once, because it is hard to get and it is the ONLY cereal I eat.

My son's favorite cereal but I had a hard time finding it in local stores and never in the large family size. Great value! This was only about a nickel per box more thsn the smaller size in our area when I could find it.

Bought this for a friend. It's his favorite cereal and there for awhile it was no longer made. (They are back to making it)

UPDATE: March 2019I have purchased the cases of Crispix on Amazon multiple times, but this last batch that was sent to me was terrible. The first couple of boxes were ok, but all the rest (of the case of 12!) have been rancid upon opening. I am not sure what would be in them that would go rancid, but they are definitely bad. The expiration date is not until April of 2019, so there is no reason for all of these boxes to be bad. I will probably not purchase them again after this experience.____________________________Original Review:For some reason, we were having a hard time finding Crispix in our local stores. I saw these on Amazon and purchased the case. Great price, and these are large, family-sized boxes. Love being able to purchase in bulk!

I enjoy Crispix cereal. It is the closest thing I can find in the United States that is close to 'Shreddies' from Canada. It is by no means the same, but it is close. Just one of those treats I enjoy in the morning.

Most of the time the cereal doesn't disappoint but every tenth box or so is more crumbs than "pillows" of rice and corn. The cereal doesn't travel by common carrier all that well.
