it works
first, let me point out that, I have never used anything to floss my teeth before. A few weeks ago I saw my dentist whom I had not seen for nearly three years due to the covid pandemic. the only reason I went this time was because I had broken a tooth. Imagine for a moment that my dentist was no longer working there and his replacement was an extra from little shop of horrors. this guy chuntered constantly about the extensive plaque around my teeth and why did I not go sooner. My explanation was ignored as he constantly jabbed my mouth with a needle, trying to rip out as much plaque as he could get. very painfully I might add. when he finished he told me that I must use floss. the shape of my teeth makes it impossible for the floss to work and it only ends up jammed between them. I took a chance on purchasing this unit, which at the time, I thought was expensive. the first time I used it I learned very quickly that you do not use it on full pressure, you will make your gums bleed. over time you can increase it to full, but work up to it and make sure that it is at least tepid, if it is cold you will regret it for many hours. I have used it for a month now and to be honest it is really good at getting between the teeth and flushing out all the trapped food and plaque. my next visit to the dentist will tell if it has worked. this seems to have whitened my teeth as well, they always had a slight yellow tinge, but no more. the only negative I can see with using this unit, is it is very messy, especially if you have the tube pointing in the wrong direction. If like me, you struggle with flossing, then give this a go, you won't regret it, you teeth feel so much better afterwards.

Easy way to floss with, for me, proven results.
I started using a water flosser before they started to become popular with dentists. I find dental floss and flossing brushes difficult to use and this solves the problem. Without going into detail I'm surprised how much food gets lodged in my teeth, not all of which is removed by my electric toothbrush. I think the effectiveness of water flossing is demonstrated by how little attention my dentist has to give my teeth at checkups since I started water flossing. (If they had been around when I was a child I genuinely feel my teeth wouldn't have half the fillings and extractions I've had over the years).

Healthy mouth
A very good piece of equipment and helps immensely to clear the unwanted debris from your gums and between your teeth.

At Last - One that lasts
This is my fourth water jet ‘flosser’ and, at last, it is one I am satisfied with. The previous ones were chargeable battery-powered devices, quite expensive, and only lasted about 18 months; the rechargeable batteries cannot be replaced. I tried another, which used ordinary batteries, but it was quite bulky and not very powerful - my teeth got a good sluice rather than a proper jet. This waterpik device works off the shaver socket and really does the job well with a powerful jet. The reservoir is bigger than that in the hand-held flossers and a good range of accessories is included. The only ‘down’ sides of the machine are that you need an adjacent 220v shaver socket to power it and a convenient shelf over the washbasin on which to put the machine. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

An absolutely necessary consumable
OK, I live in the US with 120V and in a 220V country. So I have TWO water flossers! A dream client for Waterpik. That said, the US version is serving me now for 3 years, and this is the 2nd 220V after 1.5 years. So - the pressure pump burns thru, or what? Don't know, but I have peace with the fact that my dental hygienist tells me to water floss, and I listen to the lady. The wired water flosser is my warmly recommended one. 5-stars if the 220V wouldn't burn in 1.5 years. As I said, "consumable." Get it ... you earn it back in dentist bill savings.

Excellent
Having used a battery powered one for a year or so previously, this is definitely a step up. Plenty of power, no annoying recharging and a generous reservoir. The flow is really good and it doesn't take up too much room in the bathroom. It's fairly plasticy, but then it is plastic and lightweight so I'm no going to complain about that as long as the inner workings are durable enough. Been using for a month and it's worked great so far. One tip: make sure after you've filled the reservoir that it's pushed firmly down on the unit. If you don't press it down properly it'll struggle to pull water and sound a but more stressed.

The product is exactly what I need. I have sensitive gums and the different pressure settings are perfect. Its effectiveness in cleaning between the gaps is excellent. Charging is done via plug socket. It a easy to use. and good value for money as all the family can use it if buy extra tips. No problems with water retention as the container is well sealed. I rate it effectiveness 5stars.

Works very well, but needs good space and is a bit noisy.
Works well when you get the hang of correct water temp for you, and the angle so you don’t spray yourself or get your sleeve wet..Dentist and hygienist both remarked on my gum improvement and teeth cleanliness after using a few weeks. Good water capacity.. Good, variable pressure which can be increased as you become quickly more accustomed to using it.. Is quite noisy in use and needs good solid surface with good depth of space.

Modello inglese
