Would this be effective for a solo artist in a small but noisy bar?

I think it would be fine in a smaller environment. It has a lot sound and the ability to mix the mic, aux ports and Bluetooth for whatever desired levels you need.

Can i output a line audio feed from the 1/8" head phone port via a xlr cable to a camera then out a hdmi cable to a computer for zoom

I am not sure, but to the fact that it is an output, I think the issue is on the peripheral gadget capability to manipulate the incoming.

would this work for outdoor movie?

absolutely! we did an outdoor event for 50 people. we had an electric piano, electric drums, microphones, and a video hooked up to it and it did great. the sound is impressive for a small system.
