Both are synced and work fine with the one remote without pointing at the light
Have had theses about 2 weeks. No problems yet. Bought because I wanted to dim the recessed lights in living room but can't install a dimmer in a rental. Both are synced and work fine with the one remote without pointing at the light. With setup just click the zone button f times. Don't get caught up thinking you have to pause for a second between presses of the zone button like they recommend because I was pressing too slow and it wouldn't sync. Only complaint is even though i have 2 remotes because I bought 2 lights it seems like you can only use one remote or the other. This is fine but would be nice if they both worked so I could Velcro one to the wall if lose the other. All other features work as advertised. Was a little hesitant to buy these but am very happy I did.

On the fence - OK but has some issues - Update: Ready to toss out.
The bulbs lose their group assignment when power cycled. They remember color but not which group (1,2,3, or 4) they are assigned to. So the remote does not work until bulbs are assigned to it again. Unexpectedly difficult to use. Update: 2 Months - Drop from 3 to 1 star. Bought new batteries hoping that would help -no luck. Bulbs have trouble being assigned to a group so colors can be changed. Wish I bought the IR remote lights. I have a bunch of them and they work fine. Almost ready to toss these out.

Beautiful colors and bright
Lights are great and I love the colors, however the remote seems to loose the setting from time to time and I have to take the battery compartment free and reinsert to work the lights with the remove

Great, but remotes are sometimes quirky.
I love these but sometimes the remotes quit working. The solution is to remove and reinstall battery. I tested the batteries and strength is the issue

Good but difficult to program sometimes
Good amount of light and lots of options. Only issue is programming them. I bought 16 for a large Halloween Party and could never get all of them programmed.
