Fixed my poor idling 2015 2.0T Ford Fusion
I had an issue with my 2015 Ford Fusion 2.0T with a rough idle and occasional stalling. Did a ton of research and this was the suggested fix. Well, yes it fixed it!There are two sensors on the 2.0T engine, this is the one that is on the fuel rail near the firewall on the driver's side. There is another one on the front of the engine on passenger side, but this is NOT the part for that one. Let the engine sit overnight, if you can, since the line is pressurized. Use a 12mm open ended wrench to hold the base of the line where the sensor screws in...not easy, but doable and then a deep 15/16th or metric equivalent to take the sensor out. This thing is on TIGHT, so keep that in mind. After the install, it did take about a mile for it to correct the idle issue and that was it.Note that if you call an auto parts store, at least in my area, they do not have this part! They have the other sensor that I mentioned, but not this one; could not even cross reference it. Also, when I put my vehicle info in, Amazon stated that this would not fit my vehicle. Rest assured that it does fit and does do the trick. This is also an updated part for this application with a weep hole.Hope this helps since it was a ton of research for me!

Fits 2013 Lincoln MKZ 2.0 Ecoboost
About 2 weeks ago I got some issues with the car driving at low speeds, the car would not accelerate and would shut off while driving. (All this happened after a 20minutes stop from driving). I got some random errors like Engine oil pressure low, check engine light, error code P0087. Luckily after a few restarts the car drove without problems. I did some research online and I found out that the Fuel Pressure Sensors need replacement. I replaced this Low Pressure Fuel Sensor (Motorcraft CM5250) and didn’t have issues no more (amazon car fitting would say it would not fit Lincoln MKZ 2.0 but it does fit).... it’s an easy DIY job... I attached a photo of the area where the sensor is located.... Hope this helps!

Fits my 2016 Ford Escape
Looking at the CM5250 and CM5225 it is showing that they do not fit the 2016 Ford Escape but in fact they do fit. I received a P018C code “Fuel pressure sensor “B” Circuit Low” on my vehicle and ended up replacing both fuel rail sensors at the same time. They both fit perfectly and now the code is gone and the vehicle runs perfectly again.

Fixes engine stalling on Ecoboost engines
Vehicle: 2014 Lincoln MKZ - 2.0l EcoboostProblem: engine stalls after restarting when engine hot or warm. Engine stalls even while vehicle in motion. Poor idle. Old Sensor outputs incorrect high fuel rail pressure, causing fuel pump to not compensate for low rail pressure.Solution: replace low pressure fuel sensor (this part BU5A-9F972-CA)

It works
It was plug and play. There is no performance gains nor noticeable difference in operation of the car. I replaced it because I heard the one from the factory was no good, and this was a new revision. It was inexpensive to give me peace of mind to keep a modded out Ecobeast from becoming an Ecoboom.

Fits 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium 2.0 Turbo
Although Amazon says this is not the correct part for my Fusion, it is. Easy to swap out. Support the fuel line under the sensor with a 13mm wrench and remove the sensor with an 11/16" deep socket and extension bar.
