Turns down the volume on bedtime
Does what I bought it to do: acetaminophen for aches and a nighttime ingredient when discomfort is making sleep difficult. I also appreciate the relatively straightforward ingredient approach compared with some alternatives. It's not exciting, but that's exactly what I want from medicine. I don't need an adventure. I need my back to stop submitting complaints to management so I can go to sleep. Follow the dosing directions, obviously.
