Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, 128GB, Silver - Verizon (Renewed)

Let me start off by saying the shipper (fed ex) made getting this phone an actual nightmare. BUT once I got it I was very happy to see they had replaced the battery. Fresh battery, factory reset, and unlocked. It came with a charger, as well as a simple case A few very minimal scratches in the body which should be expected with a used phone. Customer service was very kind and professional even when I was very frustrated with the shipper. I would buy again. And I’d recommend you do too.

Received the phone and all appeared okay despite non-authentic Apple parts being used to refurbish the unit (the screen in particular). I know the parts are non-authentic because the phone produced numerous messages/warnings stating so. It worked okay for the first couple weeks and then the screen would just start randomly acting up where it would just be a pixelated mess. With a little finagling and a restart it was fine so I dealt with it. Now, after 6 months of use new problems are popping up in addition to the screen acting up more frequently. The phone will randomly call my favorites in my contact list unless I have it on do not disturb. Apps constantly have to restart. I’ve been locked out twice because the phone would try to unlock unprompted while in my pocket. Etc. Long story short, I highly regret buying this phone. I’ve bought four refurbished phones before that gave me zero issues, but this one has been a nightmare. The seller not using genuine Apple parts to refurbish the phones should have been clearly stated in the description. I will not buy again from this seller.

I can’t tell the difference between this phone and my 13 pro that I “bought” for free from my service provider except you don’t get wired earbuds which I don’t use anyway. Battery life, screen and lens glass are perfect and transfer was nearly automatic when placed next to my old phone. Didn’t even have to put in a SIM or call my provider, everything f just worked! I don’t often review but this product saved me about $400 using a new phone from provider. After I get my trade in total cost will have been about $330 all in plus $20 for a new case.

Today is Wednesday, August 20, 2025. I’ve always wanted the iPhone 13 Pro Max in Alpine Green ever since it was released, so I decided to give this seller a chance despite the mixed reviews and their 4.5-star rating. I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max, Alpine Green, 256GB – Unlocked, Renewed (Excellent Condition). Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First, the phone arrived a day late, even though I’m a Prime member (not necessarily the seller’s fault, but still frustrating). When I finally opened the package, the phone was the wrong color (Silver instead of Alpine Green) and had noticeable scratches and chips around the camera lens and aluminum frame. While some wear is expected on a refurbished phone, this was advertised as “Excellent Condition,” and I expected better. To be fair, I still tested the phone. I went into the settings to check everything: Verified the IMEI and serial number to ensure the device was legitimate. Confirmed it was fully unlocked with no SIM restrictions. Checked for any non-Apple parts — thankfully, everything appeared original. The phone’s functions worked well (Face ID, speakers, cameras, flash, vibration, etc.). The screen looked great with almost no scratches, the phone screen sensitivity could have been more proactive, and the back glass was in good condition. However, the biggest disappointment was the battery health: only 77%. According to Amazon’s “Renewed Excellent” standards, it should be at least 80%. For the price I paid, this was unacceptable. As a busy college student, I don’t have the time to send the phone back, but I do feel let down. I’ll likely have to spend another ~$100 to replace the battery at my university’s tech repair shop. Overall, I’m leaving 4 stars because the phone does function well and matches the storage capacity I ordered, but the wrong color, poor battery health, and condition not matching the description made this purchase very frustrating. My advice: check the IMEI, serial, SIM restrictions, and battery health right away when buying renewed iPhones, and read the reviews carefully before purchasing. P.S. I purchased a screen protector separately for extra protection. Also, note that the box only included a USB Lightning cable — no charging adapter. If you don’t already have one, I recommend buying an adapter or a complete charger along with the phone.

Good phone. I would buy a refurbished newer iPhone from Amazon again! Worth the money

I wasn't really gonna write a review on this but I have to! I am amazed at how I got my phone in the condition it came in . it said excellent condition , and it really is . I am really picky with my electronics , always wanting them to look perfect , no scratches or bumps . and this did not fail me. no scratches at all on the screen and maybe some small ones in the back that you really had to look for but with a case on its not an issue. cameras were also not scratched and everything works, from the cameras , to the speakers and the whole software of the phone is good and up to date. the only flaw, was how it had 88% battery life. on the description it says that having up to 80% will still land it on excellent condition , so I can't knock a point because I knew, and getting a new battery will be about 90$ according to apple. I did talk to one of my buddies that works on phones and said he doesn't recommend me to replace the battery as it still is healthy. and I have been using it for a week and it really doesn't need one. I had an iPhone 12 and I used it almost every day at work playing videos on the background , and it would last me about 7-8 hours and then id have to charge it considering my work days are 10 hours. with this phone , I literally come out of work with about 40-65% battery still. all it all , this is great , it was one of the best prices I could find for a used iPhone 13 Pro Max and im am actually really satisfied with my purchase . I also stayed with the 13 instead of the newer ones because it has a SIM card tray still and because it does not have the dynamic island that the new ones have as I think it takes up more screen when watching videos compared to the small notch on the 13. I wish it did have the stabilizing camera feature for when I walk my dog and want to take stable videos , but I don't mind that . this phone when it came out was beloved by every one and I think its still a great buy for 2024.

Bought it some days ago and couldn't be happier. In the past, I had iPhone 8+ (great phone), then iPhone X (the worst iPhone out there - overheating like hell), now this one. It arrived super quickly (Canadian express post - thank you so much, dear seller, you're the best!!). In the package there was a wall charger and a cable. Headphones not included, but no harm at all, coz I do not need them. The phone is just like from an Apple store - no scratches, no marks of previous using, absolutely nothing. Battery life is on 95%, which is spectacular. The phone itself is very nice, ultra smooth, slightly heavier than its predecessors, but it does not matter at all (at least to me personally). 1 TB of storage is amazing, for the price it is a must buy!! Highly recommend!!

Tenía muchas dudas e inseguridades por comprar un iPhone reacondicionado en Amazon, desde que llegara un ladrillo, hasta que llegara en malas condiciones. Pues hoy llego el iPhone sin ningún daño estético aparente, cámaras sin rayones, marcos limpios, pantalla limpia, batería al 83% (cumple con lo prometido) 1TB de almacenamiento, las cámaras funcionan Perfecto, el Face ID también, las bocinas suenan muy bien, de momento parece ser una excelente compra, si surge algún detalle actualizare la reseña, pero EN MI CASO, entregan exactamente lo que venden Vendedor:BuySpry

I bought this phone for my wife about 8 months ago. A few weeks ago the phone said it didn't recognize the battery and stopped charging. Then it couldn't even be powered on. I took it to the Apple Store to hopefully get the battery replaced, but the technician said it was an issue with the phone being defective and the repair would be about $800 (more than what I paid for the phone in the first place). Both Amazon and this seller are unable to help me out because it was more than 3 months ago. Unlike our lucky friends in Europe where they are protected for a year, we get absolutely screwed here in Canada apparently. Amazon Renewed Program and this seller are a complete joke.
