Can any squat rack hold this barbell?

No. Make sure the rack is for the length of the bar. My rack holds a 7-foot. I use the 6 as my landmine bar. Still a good bar for me.

How much weight is the bar itself?

The 5ft bar weighs 22 lbs, the Curl Bar weighs 11 lbs.

Are the ends on this bar capped or have a nut?

Hex bolt, even though the ad falsely described the bar as being capped with bronze bushings
