I bought for myself but i wasn't sure this will be this kind of extraordinary product. After all day sitting in office your legs got stretched. But this product is much effective and easy to use. Your legs and feet gets relaxed even with 10 minutes of use.

This is exactly what I needed since it has helped alot with my feet after wearing heels all day and then running for almost 10k steps. It's has two functions and I enjoy the both. Helps me sleep as well. I like to use the highest intensity. Absolutely recommended!

Pumps inflate and deflate similar to a blood pressure monitoring devices. Could be better if it was a proper massager instead.

Not long enough up the calf for me, im 6ft tall.

I got this for my wife who is on her feet all day as an elementary school teacher. She recently started experiencing foot pain that still persists all night and even till the next morning. She started using this compression massager and feels immediate relaxation and has no pain the next morning. She will still need to incorporate exercises to help strengthen her foot muscle, and with the inflammation and pain now being at a minimum, she is ready to start. As for the compression massager, I was quite surprised at the amount of pressure and compression it provides. We use it at the highest level and feel that it provides just the right amount of compression. It holds for a short while and releases, providing lots of compression without cutting off bloodflow. Just the right amount. Excellent performance and amazing value!

I have suffered really bad lymphoedema for years to the point where it is so chronic that simply elevating my legs does not relieve the swelling very much at all. I spend a lot of my working life on my feet which has really exacerbated my problem but I know I also need to lose weight. Anyway, I decided I would have to start looking for something to help and happy days - this gadget is really really helping. The massage action it provides is effectively softening the tissue and helping to release the fluid and I help the draining by always elevating my legs when I use it. I am also supporting this by wearing half leg compression stockings as well. I found extra wide calf half leg compression stockings on Amazon and they are so comfortable and effective. I now feel I am sort of conquering my swollen leg problem. These boots are well worth the money, consider how much it would cost if you were to pay for massage therapy or manual lymphatic drainage therapy and you can use this while watching telly or reading. Really recommend for lymphoedema both acute and chronic.
