Cool, wind resistant or proof I should say. Great lighter, cool style but need to charge before using. Great gift for friend who smokes, especially outside when it can be windy.

Just as I was starting this review, my second lighter was delivered. I love several things about these lighters.It is beautiful and works well; it is easy to light a smoke. There are no chemicals or gas fumes. The "flame" is controlled so less chance of burns and has a low profile. The wind doesn't affect the performance. I will no longer get calluses on my thumb! It is easy on my hands, open the lid and push a button. Close the lid and it is ready for the next use. Mine came fully charged, and when I did the first recharge it was done in less than an hour. The day after I received the first lighter, I ordered a second. If it continues to work this well, I may purchase a couple more just to have one in the car and one on the patio or as gifts. They feel like they will last a long time. And, it feels good in your hand, a nice weight and size to be really comfortable. Perfect for older hands that are stiff and don't work like they used to. I am very happy with my purchase and will update if anything changes, but for now I highly recommend.

The lighter works fine; & the art work is outstanding.No known defects.

If this thing lasts a long time it is perfect! Had it about a week and holds it decent charge and is super cool and convenient not to have to buy disposables. Size and shape are similar to a Bic lighter and feels very nice in the hand.
