Ok, but think about placement!
We've had the flag pole around 12 months now and it's been ok other than the fact that one of the plastic rings that the clips are attached to (that is designed to rotate/spin around the pole so the flag can move freely) does get stuck sometimes, meaning the flag then wraps itself around the pole. If you give it a twist it does come free, but not after you've got the ladders out, or leaned out the window to get up to it!I'm not sure how it would cope in the winter if you left it out, the plastic does seem very brittle.Product review aside, a little advice:Make sure you choose your location wisely. From experience, the flag (and pole) does get noisy in the wind. So make sure it's either not near your bedroom window, or it's somewhere easily removeable if the weather changes.And make sure it's not near anything that the flag (I'd suggest a 5ft x 3ft flag) can get caught on, otherwise your flags, even the heavy duty ones, will be ruined in about a week. I'm talking telephone/internet cables, roof tiles, trees etc.

Good product, doesn't Tangle if you don't pull tight, it does have bearings but they are cheap and not serviceable, have silicone sprayed them best I can and flies brilliantly.
