There has been chatter among various new health groups about the Pai Sha with joint and muscle injuries, so I decided to give it a go. The sting is quite forceful and unpleasant yet the benefits seem actual. I will need more time to truly see if this is capable of improving healing time to joints and muscle injuries but so far my sentiment is impressive.

This pai sha massager is very "handy" (pun intended) for slapping your back. It would be more helpful if one side had more of a rounded shape to have a more bouncey hit. The flat surface gives more of a slap especially since it's made of a rubbery silicone, which is fine but then it's also hard to target specific areas. The metal rod is flexible which means you can get more power with very little wrist movement.

Really enjoying using this slapper. I like that each side of it is different. The flat side creates a really good slap on the skin, and I have noticed is more effective than using my hands. The sizing of the hand is good too and makes it easy to be used on the face as well and neck.
